What we bake and when
The oven goes on at 4:00. Bread and rolls are ready when we open at 6:30, koláče at 8:00.

Who bakes here
There are three of us: a baker, a pastry cook and a barista.

Tomáš is in the bakery every day from 4:00. He bakes the sourdough bread and the rolls.
Jana Kubíčková
Pastry cook
Jana makes the koláče and the cakes to order. She will go through the cake details with you over the phone.
Veronika Malá
Barista, takes orders
Veronika makes the coffee and handles cake orders. She answers form messages within 24 hours.
Questions
How do I order a cake?
Use the form or call at least 3 days ahead. Write the date, the number of guests and the flavour. We confirm the order by email.
What time is fresh bread ready?
We bake from 4:00. Bread and rolls are on the counter from 6:30, koláče from 8:00.
Do you have gluten-free bread?
Yes, every Friday from 6:30. It is made with gluten-free flour, but we also use wheat in the bakery. You can reserve a loaf through the form.
Can I sit down for breakfast?
Yes, we have 4 tables and a window seat. Breakfast is served until 11:00 on weekdays and until 12:00 on Saturday.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, by card or in cash.
Order a cake
Fill in your name, email and a message with the date, the number of guests and the flavour. Phone and cake choice are optional. We confirm by email within 24 hours.
